Some tweaks to make HTML a bit more cost-effective...
- XML, i.e. pretty much XHTML; but no DTD necessary.
- can find schema via namespace RNG? W3C XML Schema?
- utf-8 (with us-ascii support thru NCRs?), utf-16
- likebreaking algorithm for line-based version control
- tools: Amaya (AmayaZopeNotes), tidy (with emacs integration), mozilla composer
